These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence (“KALE”), a program of the CORE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Informational purpose; no guarantee
This website is provided for general informational purposes about KALE’s programs and services. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of enrollment, availability, pricing, subsidy eligibility, or employment. Enrollment and employment are subject to separate written agreements, applicable licensing requirements, and availability.
2. Eligibility
The site is intended for adults (parents, guardians, prospective employees, and partners). By submitting information, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the KALE name, and the marks “Character Before Code™,” “Curiosity Before College™,” and “STE(AI)M™” — is owned by or licensed to KALE / the CORE Foundation and is protected by applicable laws.
